1. Service Description

Fly Vantage CO provides an AI-powered platform for Part 135 private jet charter operators, including website hosting, AI voice receptionist, flight management system (FMS), quoting, dispatch, and billing tools. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Pricing & Billing

Monthly plans are billed at $999/month (currently $799/month with introductory special pricing). Annual plans are $9,450/year (save Over $2,500). All plans include every feature with no per-seat fees. You may cancel at any time — no contracts or cancellation fees.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Fly Vantage CO only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

Content you provide (logos, fleet details, text) remains your property. The FlyVantage platform, code, and AI models are owned by Fly Vantage CO. Websites built on our platform are hosted by us but your content is yours.

5. Limitation of Liability

Fly Vantage CO handles client communication and operations workflows. We do not replace your DO, dispatch, or FAA compliance systems. We are not liable for regulatory compliance decisions made using our platform.
